We are a family owned and operated business, located in Holden Beach, North Carolina. We have over 19 years experience in new construction and take pride in each of our homes! We originally began building new homes in Maryland and relocated to Brunswick County in 1996. We love living in the coastal area, which is continuing to grow and has so much to offer. It offers a beautiful place to vacation, retire, live, play and work!
You will recognize our homes in several residential communities. We have completed many homes in Waterscape, Sea Aire Estates, Lakes of Lockwood, Sea View and Lancaster Woods. These are private communities just minutes from the beach!
Sea View is located just off Seashore Road, while Lancaster Woods and Lakes of Lockwood are both located off Stone Chimney Road. We offer a variety of unique floor plans for the comfort of a vacation getaway home or a new permanent residence. We can also assist you in designing a custom home that is just the way you like!
